DEAL REQUIREMENTS

There is no cost or obligation to purchase anything. No one is excluded from our tour or resort promotion; However, the following requirements must be met in order to receive this offer.

  • You must attend a 90-min resort presentation At Westgate Resorts.
  • you must speak fluent Spanish or English
  • Single females between the age of 28-70 with a valid Photo ID
  • If married, or cohabitating for 6 months or more, both parties must be present with a valid Photo ID.  Either spouse must be between the age of 25-70. Both parties must speak fluent Spanish or English
  • You must have spent the prior night in an Orlando area motel, hotel, resort, condo or vacation rental.
  • Florida resident of Brevard, Volusia , Lake, Osceola, Orange, Polk or Siminole Counties do not qualify for this offer 
  • Tours are available 7 days a week, 8 am, 9 am, 10 am, 11 am, 12 pm, 1 pm and 2 pm
  • Guests that have previewed a Westgate Resorts within the last 6 months are NOT eligible for this offer

This offer is available to all permanent residents and citizens of the United States, UK and Canada (couples between the age of 30-70) , Mexico And Canada. This offer may not be available to citizens and residents of some countries.cancelation must be done within 7 days before your tour date.

Free Flexible Rescheduling:

If you would like to reschedule your reservation instead of canceling, we offer the option to keep your booking for up to 12 months from the original reservation date at no additional cost. To reschedule, please contact our customer support team with your booking details and preferred new dates.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans may change, we offer a Free flexible rescheduling option for your convenience. Please carefully review the terms outlined below, which apply to all reservations:

Cancellation Fee: A fee of $25 applies to all cancellations, regardless of when the cancellation is made.

To cancel or reschedule your reservation, please contact our customer support team by phone or email, providing your booking details . The cancellation policy will be enforced based on the date and time that we receive you scheduled your tour.

No Refund for Non-Attendance

1. General Policy

If you purchase a ticket, reservation, or pass for an event, tour, or any other activity (“Event”) organized by orlandoticketoffice.com or its partners, it is understood that you agree to attend the Event on the date and time specified.

2. No Refund for Non-Attendance

In the event that you do not attend the Event for any reason, including but not limited to personal reasons, emergencies, or force majeure, no refunds will be issued for your purchase under any circumstances. This policy is in effect regardless of whether the non-attendance was voluntary or involuntary.

3. Acknowledgment

By making a booking and/or a reservation for an Event, tour, or park ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund for Non-Attendance policy. Failure to read this policy does not exempt you from the terms outlined herein.

RESTRICTIONS AND DISCLAIMERS

Ticket prices are controlled by the theme parks and other area attractions and are subject to change without notice. OrlandoTicketOffice.com is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. Many theme parks require under Florida law that multiple day park or event tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the same person on any and all days. You cannot share multiple day tickets with friends or family. OrlandoTicketOffice.com is not responsible for changes in park hours, attractions or entertainment schedules. Some parks or attractions may be closed due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice.

Room Stay Bookings - Terms of Service Addition

As a third-party booking service, we specialize in offering curated room packages to enhance your travel experience. Please be aware that our role is to facilitate your booking with various resorts and accommodation providers. The following terms apply to all room stay bookings made through our service:

  1. Confirmation and Availability:

    • As a third-party service, all bookings are subject to confirmation from the respective resort or accommodation provider. We strive to ensure timely communication but please be aware that confirmation is dependent on the resort’s response.
    • Room availability is subject to change. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your desired dates. In the event of unavailability, we will assist in finding alternative accommodations.
  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • Full Refund (100%): Cancellations made at least 14 days before the check-in date qualify for a full refund of the amount paid.
    • Partial Refund (50%): For cancellations occurring between 7 to 14 days prior to check-in, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid.
    • No Refund: If your cancellation is made less than 7 days before the check-in date, you will not be eligible for any refund.
  3. Responsibility and Liability:

    • We act solely as intermediaries between you and the accommodation providers. As such, we are not responsible for any direct services provided by the resorts or any issues arising from their service.
  4. Changes and Modifications:

    • Any changes to the booking details (such as dates, room type, etc.) are subject to the accommodation provider’s policies and availability. Additional charges may apply as per the provider’s terms.
  5. Customer Support and Assistance:

    • Our team is available to assist you with any queries or issues related to your booking. Please reach out to us for support or clarification on any aspects of your room stay booking.
